We have kept in mind that the true benefit of entertaining is spending time with family and friends.

Our designs incorporate a beautiful blending of the interior of the house, working with the exterior, and a well thought of upstairs living space, opening into balconies at two ends.

We have changed your kitchen, which you would know is the people magnet of your home. When you’re at a party, where does everybody seem to gather? As a result, we have designed rooms on the first floor to accommodate a lot of people.

We have opened the family rooms into the kitchen spaces, so that your living space is just an extension of the family room and kitchen.

Have you seen dedicated home theatre rooms in other designs that are just a little bit underwhelming? How about a true cinematic experience from a full width curved projector screen?  On the off chance that you may find it’ a little too much of an event to plan hosting movie in a home theatre, you have the pool table and the theatre room all rolled into one big room.

The house unfolds gently, from the large entry through the study, through the downstairs living and bar area into the open space outside. Elevator and stair access for both you and guests lead you to the upstairs living areas, where light and open spaces are in plenty. We haven’t built just a show home – It is a family home.
